2012 FRINGE WORLD PROGRAM LIVE AND TICKETS NOW ON SALE.

Perth’s first full Fringe World Festival is set to explode in early 2012.

Featuring over 150 plus shows brought to you by over 800 local and visiting artists from across the world of Fringe, the festival has a smorgasbord of entertainment on offer to tickle your taste buds.

Alongside all the traditional and non-traditional venues that are part of the Fringe, there are three very exciting hubs for you to visit during the festival in 2012. The Treasury and Perth Town Hall hub in the heart of the Perth CBD, the Perth Cultural Centre hub and the City of Perth Comedy Central hub in Northbridge.

Fringe World kicks off on Australia Day, 26 January with our ‘4 Day Weekend’ featuring special free programs and pop-up treats across the Fringe World hubs and beyond.

If you’re away down south or having a break elsewhere that weekend, don’t be too alarmed. We’ve got a swag of other free programs running on our outdoor and pop-up stages every day and night of the Fringe so you won’t miss out.

Whether you’re a die-hard Fringe dweller or new to the delights of Fringe, we invite you, your friends and family to pop in and enjoy all the entertainments on offer this summer in Perth.

Some of the most popular ticketed shows in the 2011 Spiegeltent pilot season sold out before their opening night, so we do encourage you to get in quick to avoid disappointment.

For those looking to go on a Fringe Binge, tickets range from as little as $5 per show, and there’s nothing over $40. Shows run back to back across different venues till the early hours each night.

This means is you can make the most of your Fringe night out and see a range of shows in the one hit if you’re up for it, or keep coming back over three and a half jam-packed weeks of Fringe entertainments if you want to make the pleasures last.
