Raffaele Brotzu, the owner of 80 x 20 and Delizioso, learned his craft in Rome and in Australia he has won numerous state and national titles for traditional and gourmet pizzas.

Raffaele won the World Gourmet Pizza title in Las vega in 2008 for his mushroom trio - mouthwatering pizza which is available at both restaurants, along with many other delicious examples of this champion pizza maestro's art.
