Underground Cabaret is Perth's latest and most unique venue dedicated to lovers of musical theatre and live performance. Located in the lower level of the Kings Perth Hotel, it showcases local talent, giving performing artists, young and old, a stage to refine their craft.

Underground Cabaret has all the atmosphere of a funky New York Jazz Club, without the smoke and sleazy elements. Performances are on selected Saturday nights. Check events page for date listings.

Underground Cabaret is a mix of new and established singers, musicians and musical comedy performers doing what they love doing best.

A fully licenced bar operates throughout the shows and counter meals are available also.

Underground Cabaret is the brainchild of homegrown talent, Paul Peacock.

<b>Paul's Story</b>
Singer, Actor and Entertainer Paul Peacock returned to Australia following a successful career in the UK performing on the West End in shows such as “Les Miserable’s” (which also toured the UK) and the international tour and world premier of “Peggy Sue Got Married” at the Shaftsbury Theatre London.

Paul guest starred with Debbie Reynolds in the WA production of “ Irene” and was a special guest vocalist for Disney when they produced Disney at the Perth zoo.

Paul has been involved in many film projects including CloudStreet, Air Australia, and the award winning Trixie Club.

Light as a Feather is the first film in which he gets to merge his love of singing with film work and is one of Australias top 100 short films.
Paul returned to London to perform in the 25th Anniversary Concert of Les Miserable’s at the 02 Arena, which was filmed by Universal and screened in cinemas worldwide..
