StudiOH! launches with Christmas workshops in the City.

New design collective StudiOH! will soon host a series of innovative Christmas-themed workshops in pop-up locations around Perth.
StudiOH! is the brainchild of friends and business partners Anna Macoboy, owner-operator of Subiaco gift store Mr Sparrow, and Eko Pam, interior design and design history lecturer at Edith Cowan University.
The Christmas workshops, titled Ho Ho OH!, will run between 12th November and 2nd December this year, providing hands-on advice on creating everything from advent calendars to wreaths and flower arrangements.
Anna said the workshops would allow participants to have fun while exploring their creative sides.
“Christmas is the ideal time to get creative and StudiOH! will provide the tools and know-how to make something truly beautiful,” she said.
“Eko and I will be joined by a number of other Perth designers from a range of fields, who will pass on their valuable skills in a friendly and fun environment.”
Eko said the upcoming workshops would also be just the tip of the iceberg.
“StudiOH! will provide a new outlet for the dozens of creative projects Anna and I have on the go at any one time,” she said.
“We will be selling plywood Christmas trees as the first goods in our new webstore and will be running further rounds of workshops in 2013.”
The workshops will take place in the heart of Perth, at 246 William Street, in November and December. Full list below.
